Dropping off at the MTC

Elder Boyd entered the MTC at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, August 19, 2015. It was a bittersweet day for the Boyd family. It was an emotional experience dropping him off and feeling the void as he walked away with a final wave goodbye for two years (video below).

The day after we dropped him off we received a one-line email letting us know his P-Day is on Tuesday, so we look forward to hearing from him then.

His good friend, Elder Stephen Burraston, on his P-Day, found Connor and sent this picture, so we have confirmation he's alive and smiling!

On Monday, August 24th, we received this from the Smith Family of their son matt with Connor -- long time friends on honorable journeys.
